Foundations This is a great class for folks who are completely new to hooping as well as those who want to brush up and focus on fundamental hoop dance moves like waist-hooping in both directions. traveling with the hoop, and lifts. Includes an introduction to shoulder and leg hooping.
Explorations This workshop is good for students who are well-versed in the basic hoop dance moves listed above (including shoulder and leg hooping) and want to dive deeper into technique, learn new movements that will complement their current skill set, and receive technique-oriented support for their continuing hoop dance practice. Foundation and Exploration workshops will occur during the same time slot. It is advised that you choose one or the other based on the recommendations above. |
