Experience how to use hoop dance to transform your life with Anah Reichenbach. Learn from your shadow self with Ann Humphreys and experiment with removing energy blocks using multiple hoops with Bunny Hoop Star.This week also includes shamanic dreaming with consciousness expert, Jane Carleton and crystal bowl sound meditation with Awahoshi! Plus: Rainbow Michael joins us for both weeks! Rainbow Michael will be in Bali next year to share a hoop/poi fusion emphasizing Sacred Geometry in motion. Learn how poi spinning relates to planetary alignments and how we can benefit from dancing with these special forms.
