Ann Humphreys spent four years training with hoop master Jonathan Baxter, founder of North Carolina's HoopPath. The HoopPath was the first curriculum to contextualize and teach hoopdance as a movement meditation. In the fall of 2010 Ann began teaching weekly hoopdance meditation classes in New York City. Her teaching uses HoopPath Fundamentals as a basic framework, but also incorporates Ann's own original technical ideas as well the myriad influences of her extensive exposure to the most innovative new ideas in hoopdance. Her primary goal as a teacher is to open up to students the possibility of accessing the radical healing force she has found--and been transformed by--in her hoop.Learn more about Ann at: www.hooppath.com
