
Adrian’s Yoga classes follow the tradition of T. Krishnamacharya, and are tailored to the student’s needs. Dynamic Vinyasa Flow Yoga, gentle Ayuryoga, breathing- and meditation practice, as well as chanting, fit perfectly well into his teaching repertoire. With his scientific background he understands well how to build bridges between the old yogic wisdom and our modern worldview.
Adrian will be guiding our morning yoga sessions and will also offer an evening of yoga nidra. |
