In addition to teaching the move, Jocelyn also talks about Bhakti Boogie, a transformational hoop movement practice that she will share during the 2012 Sacred Circularities Hoop Dance Retreat in Bali.

Ann Humphreys of the Hoop Path returns with another installation of spacial explorations with the hoop. This time, we enter the inner sphere to learn about core wrapping as both a drill for focus and concentration and as a dynamic movement to incorporate while dancing.

In this tutorial, Khan Wong offers a move he learned from poi, translated to the hoop. We shot this right after the Hoop Path retreat in Beth Lavinder's lovely Hoop Barn in Carrboro, North Carolina. Khan was a co-facilitator at the 2011 Sacred Circularities retreat in Ubud, Bali.

Bunny Hoop Star shares her process as a dancer, student and teacher and shows us how to kick it up! Bunny has been a beautiful unifying force as a Sacred C community member. She attended our inaugural retreat in 2010 as a participant, then came back in 2011 as a workshop co-facilitator. It's an extra special bonus for all of us that she will be in Bali with us again for SC2012.
