Sunday, March 13 2:45pm - 4:45pm Tuesday, March 15 7pm - 9pm TigerLily will offer two guided sessions using "journey or shamanic" essences. They are completely safe, non-toxic, completely vibrational and offer the participant the unique ability to journey and explore their subconscious in a safe and protected way. Ritual Flow and Performance with Khan Wong

Monday, March 14, Tuesday, March 15 2:45 - 4:45pm Ritual Flow Presentation by workshop group: Thursday, March 17 8pm - 11pm In this presentation we will start with the physical: categories of movement possibility inherent in Flow practice (regardless of flow tool used). From there we move inward, to find our own meanings in the moves we go to (and perhaps in those we avoid). Thursday, March 17, Friday, March 18 and Saturday, March 19 10:45am - 12:45pm Hoop: the hoop's movement, plane and transitions Body: the body's movement, expressiveness and strength Moment: mental/emotional/spiritual state, ie "presence" Music: Musical flow, stepping into the timeless now where your dance and the music happen simultaneously(regardless if you have ever heard the music before) and you truly step out of time. Hoopalicious will share concrete ways to step out of doubt and fear and into the moment.
